Yesterday, VF Corporation announced an agreement to acquire Williamson-Dicke Mfg. Co. in the fourth quarter. This acquisition marks a partnership between two of the biggest players in the flame resistant and arc rated clothing industry; brands such as Workrite®, Walls®, and Dickies® will join the likes of Bulwark® and Red Kap® under the VF Imagewear umbrella of brands.
