Updates
The new standard has removed requirements for optional accessories- now focusing only on requirements for primary apparel.
The option for overall luminance testing has been added, as a supplemental evaluation for 360° conspicuity.
Additionally, new requirements have been added for single use hi-vis coveralls.
All test methods have been updated to their most current version AND all FR labeling will now need to meet the most current version of each standard available for claiming compliance.
DON’T FORGET
A Declaration of Conformity MUST accompany each model of hi-vis apparel compliant with this standard.
